Positives:

• In the opening and ending, I thought that the 2D animation was spectacular

• The performances were not bad

• Very suitable to the younger and older audience

• It does have charm and care with these people

• Adequate music

Mixed:

• The 3d animation and design for Rocky and Bullwinkle is actually good, though it would have been in 2D because there hasn't been much screen time for that to happen

Negatives:

• Dialogue needs more tweaking

• The film can't just get a break sometimes

• Why was the narrator explaining the whole story from two different worlds

• Romance is not very intriguing

• Cartoon sound effects are not needed, it makes the story way harder without any foley sound effects

• Pacing has frequent amounts of speed distribution

• Story logic is very weak and extremely delusional with the police wanting to arrest the FBI agent and going to court

• The other background characters are just being lazy.

• Not have any much surprises like high stakes, twist or anything that is mind-blowing
