Positives:
It does have some funny moments with the ghost and human characters making crazy decisions
Kibosh is actually the best part of the movie
There is enthusiasm in pacing wise
Mixed:
Casper and Holly relationship does have somewhat value through this movie, since it is wholesome, but the misunderstanding does make it a downfall with the lying situation and true identity.
Overused sound effects, even though they are still good
While the voice acting for the the ghostly trio are not bad, they seem to be very unpleasant and it is throughout the movie

Inconsistent animation
A few scenes that are just a little uncomfortable
Why do movies have to start out with a generic horror film in the beginning?
Do ghost actually eat food or snacks in real life?
The film is too dark and hard to see when it is nighttime
Why do songs have to be repeated?
Where is the story coming from?
How does ghost come from emails and technology?
The music itself sounds pretty bad and hard to balance
Editing seems to be off with the color correction
