Feedback: It's pretty much a weak film to watch, but it isn't one of the worst. There are moments that were interesting and a little intense. I like some of the main characters including Jamie Lee Curtis and Clancy Brown. They have some intriguing performances and character development.
As for plot devices, I'm having a hard time understanding of how the villain is trying to escape the legal consequences and not confessing his crimes to the attorney Mel Dawson while he is defending the villain and not much evidence was in place, which drives me nuts. I'm expecting to have a court scene with prosecutor and defense attorneys to explain about the crime incident about the villain, it doesn't happened and that was disappointing.
Overall, it was not really great.
Positives:
Interesting character development
Fascinating direction and style
Climax was not bad
Negatives:
Weak villain motivation
Weak dialogue
Plot devices is very aggravated
Pacing is rushed
Some characters are wasteful and forgettable
Scenes that are not needed
